When your current communication channel isn’t working, escalate!

  • If you’re not getting a response over IM or Slack, send a text.
  • If you’re not getting a response over text, make a call.
  • If you’re not getting a response over a phone call, make an in-person visit.

Don’t get stuck in a communication loop that isn’t working. If you’re not getting results at the current level, escalate!
